We were awarded with the loading and transportation of coal from Amrapali Open Cast Project (OCP) surface stock to Phulbasiya Railway Siding for a duration of two years. This critical operation is being executed with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and timeline adherence.
Valued at ₹211.56 Crores, the project played a key role in enhancing coal evacuation infrastructure, enabling faster and reliable coal movement from stockyard to railhead, supporting downstream logistics and power generation operations.
This project demanded transportation of coal for a total distance of 70+ kms though various villages and required round the clock operations for which we developed in house team for monitoring of fleet movement through advanced GPS systems. the desired target per day was 8000 tons and total quantity of the contract was 5.8 million metric tons.
