Project Summary

We have successfully completed the integrated coal logistics project involving Loading, Transportation, and Crushing of Coal from Jagannathpur Open Cast Project (OCP) in the Bhatgaon Area.

This project demanded transportation of coal for a total distance of 80+ kms and required round the clock operations for which we developed in house team for monitoring of fleet movement through advanced GPS systems. the desired target per day was 5600 tons and total quantity of the contract was 7.15 million metric tons. this project also included deployment of mobile crusher unit for crushing of raw coal into below 100mm sizeable coal and transportation to railway siding for a total quantity of 3.3 million metric tons.

Executed over a 3-year period, the project was valued at ₹146.00 Crores and involved end-to-end coal movement and size preparation, ensuring seamless dispatch of processed coal for consumption.
