Project Summary

We have successfully completed a vital coal logistics project for the Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL), catering to the fuel needs of the Khandwa Thermal Power Plant. The project was executed under the Rail-Cum-Road (RCR) mode, which involved a two-stage coal transportation process:

Road transportation of coal from the mines of SECL and NCL to nearby railway sidings.

Rail movement from these sidings to the Khandwa power plant.

This integrated coal supply operation was carried out with high efficiency, strict adherence to timelines, and full compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Over the course of the project, our team ensured seamless coordination, reliable logistics, and uninterrupted fuel supply, playing a crucial role in supporting MPPGCL's continuous power generation. The timely execution and operational discipline significantly enhanced the supply chain resilience and fuel security of the Khandwa TPP, making this project a benchmark in RCR-mode coal transportation.
